After releasing our half-yearly report, we wanted our whole team to have a touchdown. This Wednesday, we planned a workshop – and team day.
Our aim with the workshop was to ensure that we all know what is going on in each of the departments - from sales and marketing to operations. Throughout the day, we worked on optimizing the strategies and efforts in our different departments via workshop and competent feedback, and sparring.
To celebrate our efforts and results, The whole team of Scandinavian Medical Solutions ended the day at one of the local restaurants. We had a productive day and a fantastic evening!
